Have students practice office organizational job skills with this simplified & differentiated vocational task of sorting admissions documents with realistic-looking forms, handwriting and information. Great to set up in a life skills lab, independent work, or task box station!
This comes with:
- Level 1 (highlighted according to sorting activity listed below)
- 80 forms Filing Alphabetically by last name will require 26 folders (A-Z)
- 80 forms Filing by Program will require 3 folders (Science, Arts, Credential)
- 80 forms Filing by Program years will require 4 folders. (1-4)
- 80 forms Level 2 (no highlights)
Directions:
- When starting out, use LEVEL 1 the highlighted versions to practice.
- Once students have mastered sorting/filing the forms with highlight support, use LEVEL 2, the set that does not have any highlighting.
- Label/write on manila/hanging folders or tray (see preview photo for examples) according to which set they will sort by.
